Life With Claude — Publisher Terms of Service

Acceptance
These terms govern use of Life With Claude — Publisher ("the Tool"), a content-preparation tool operated by the creators of Life With Claude, an original animated comedy short series produced under the Vertically Challenged banner. By authorizing the Tool against a social account, the account holder accepts these terms.
What the Tool does
After an episode is rendered, the Tool places the finished video into the creator's own TikTok
drafts (inbox) using the video.upload scope. The Tool never publishes
content publicly. The creator opens the draft, reviews it, writes or finalizes the caption,
chooses the audience, and publishes it themselves inside the TikTok app. Full editorial control stays
with the human creator at every step, and no post reaches an audience without a human action inside
TikTok's own interface.
Who may use it
The Tool is private, is not offered to the general public, and is operated only by the creators of the series against their own accounts. It is not a service, a platform, or a product available for signup.
Authorization and revocation
The creator authorizes the Tool through a single OAuth connection and may revoke that authorization at any time from TikTok's own settings, under Security and permissions. Revocation is immediate and needs no notice to us. We may also disconnect the Tool at any time.
Acceptable use
The Tool may be used only to move the operator's own original content into the operator's own accounts. It must not be used to post content the operator does not own or hold the rights to, to impersonate anyone, to post unlawful or infringing material, or to operate accounts belonging to anyone who has not personally authorized it. Automated public posting, scheduling of public posts, engagement automation, and bulk account management are outside what the Tool does and are not permitted uses of it.
Intellectual property
Life With Claude, Vertically Challenged, the episodes, characters, artwork, and all associated marks are the property of their creators. Nothing in these terms transfers any right in them. Content moved by the Tool remains the property of the creator who owns it.
Third-party platforms
The Tool interacts with TikTok through TikTok's official API and is subject to TikTok's own terms and policies. We do not control those platforms, their availability, or their decisions about content.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Tool is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, for the creator's own content workflow. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Tool, including failed, delayed, or duplicated uploads. The creator is responsible for reviewing every draft before publishing it.
Changes to these terms
Revised terms are published on this page with a new "last updated" date above. Continued use of the Tool after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
